Television has continued to evolve, as we as a culture have. Where we once sat together every night as a complete family unit, only watching whatever safe TV show was on one of our 3 channels, we now have THOUSANDS of options every night on hundreds of network, cable, and streaming channels. As television has evolved, so has how it is told. One of our listeners, Rex, recently asked us to discuss the differences between procedural and serialized television. Specifically, what are the positives and negatives to both? As we dive into it, we also discuss our favorites in both and what makes them so exceptional in this regard.
